Which courier do we use?
Sleepytot New Zealand uses Poste Haste Couriers, NZ Couriers and Castle Way Couriers. Most of our parcels will be sent on overnight delivery, however please allow up to 3 working days for courier delays and stock availability.
Shipping is $6.00 flat rate for every NZ order including rural delivery. On average, the cost of delivery is higher for each individual delivery however the excess is payable by Sleepytot New Zealand.
Free Shipping for NZ orders 100.00 and over. (Mainland NZ only please – We cannot ship to Great Barrier Island without an additional surcharge email us for a quote please).
Once your order has been completed (payment has cleared and your order packaged) you will be sent an automated email from our courier service once they have collected your order. (please check your spam if you haven’t received it). You will receive another email prior to delivery, and then again when your item has been delivered. No PO Boxes please, we can only courier to a physical address.
Australia flat rate $10.00 tracked. We now ship to most counties; flat rate of $10.00 tracked. Please note we cannot sell Lulla Doll, Baby Shusher, Doddl, Rockit, Easymats to Australia, please contact Sleep Tight Babies to place your order. Delivery time for International deliveries to Australia is is 3-6 working days, the Rest of the Word 6-10 working days.
Sleepytot NZ is not liable for any international customs/duty/import taxes and fees.
Packages to urban areas are often delivered on an overnight service, provided the items ordered are in stock and your order is placed before 1.30pm.
We aim to have your package out to you 1-2 working days after you have ordered it.
However please allow 3 working days for delivery, as this covers busier times, items out of stock for a day or two and busy times with the courier companies.
Our standard delivery service is signature required. Please make the necessary notes if you wish the courier to leave your parcel in a safe and secure area at your given address.
International tracked Australia 3-6 working days, and rest of the world 6-10 working days.
We do not pass on the additional charge that we are charged for delivering to rural delivery addresses. Please allow an additional 2-4 days for delivery if you are rural.
Returns & Exchanges for Glow Dreaming – new edition.
If you thought we were joking we weren’t!!
We strongly believe in the ability of Glow Dreaming to help your children sleep. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to provide a full refund * minus a small $12.50 admin fee per unit and (excluding return shipping) for any Glow Dreaming unit for up to 28 days from the day your Glow Dreaming arrives. Just makes sure you contact me at email@example.com within the first 28 days to advise you’ll be returning your Glow Dreaming. We are quietly confident you won’t because you’ll all be sleeping. The admin fee covers the shipping cost to you, the additional admin costs involved with your refund and time spent on reconciling the packages.
Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products that are being returned to us. Note that any returns arriving in damaged condition will not be refundable. Please make sure that all of the pieces that you received come back including the Glow Dreaming unit, the cord, the twinkles oil and the small jug. If all items are not returned then there will be no refund.
Please contact us before returning to ensure we are aware and prepared to deal with it as quickly and efficiently as possible.

30 day returns.
You’re most welcome to return for exchange, refund, or credit up to 30 days from purchase. Returned items must be unused and unworn items, in perfect condition including the packaging.
Shipping is not refundable on returns. Postage both ways will be at the buyers expense. Please note because we subsidise the cost of shipping, Sleepytot NZ reserves the right to deduct the true cost of the delivery to the customer including when they receive free shipping when spending over $100.00.
Sorry we can’t accept change of mind returns where the item has been used.
As from the 26/03/2017 no sale and discounted items can be returned for refund, only a credit.
Please note we cannot take back any health products including essential oils or Fly Legs Up products. These will not be refunded or credited.
Sleepytot NZ will always honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Faulty or damaged items:
Very occasionally a product may develop a manufacturers fault or arrive damaged. We will do everything we can to resolve this situation to your satisfaction, and often give you options to ensure you get the best outcome for you. Our preferred option is to replace the item for you. A refund will only be given if the product cannot be replaced. We can offer credits should you wish to purchase another item from our store.
We will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, develop a fault or are not fit for the purpose described.
Please contact us with details of the fault including a photo if possible. Often this means we can send out your replacement before you return the faulty item, which means the problem is solved faster.
Sleepytot NZ reserves the right to obtain a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase.
Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
Change of mind electrical items / and those run by battery can be returned for a STORE CREDIT ONLY and must be returned within 30 days.
Before returning a battery operated item which you consider faulty, we require that you have tested your item with a brand new set of high quality batteries, such as Every Ready GOLD, Energizer Plus or Duracell Plus. The majority of ‘faults’ are due to the use or poor quality batteries, such as using a mix of old and new batteries, using rechargeable batteries or cheap chain store or $2 shop batteries.
Please note LULLA doll will not work with generic batteries that are not of high quality. Likewise if the batteries have been sitting around for a while, this will effect the performance of Lulla.
Do not use Lithium batteries with any of our battery operated products including Lulla and the Baby Shusher. By doing so you will void your warranty. Use good quality rechargeable or alkaline batteries.
